Word has it Beyonce's much anticipated new singles 'If I Were A Boy' and 'Single Ladies' -originally set to debut October 7th - has been pushed back a week. The reason being cited is that delay is due to Beyonce and/or her label wanting to accommodate the release of Michelle Williams' new album 'Unexpected', which is slated to hit stores on October 7th.
Ms. Knowles singles, both of which have had their accompanying videos shot already, will now premiere on October 14th.
Now i find it nice for Beyonce to want to push her single back for her ex-group mate, but i mean........are you serious? If Michelle is trying to be a solo artist, then shouldn't she be able to put up with the competition of Bey0nce???

Don't get me wrong, I love Beyonce like an fan loves an artist, lol, but it seems kind of coincidental that B's song was set to hit the same day as Michelle's album. I think her politly agreeing to push hers back was an attempt at noteriety for being so nice and building anticipation of her song.
