Republican Sen. John McCain will participate in tonight's presidential debate with his Democratic rival, Sen. Barack Obama, McCain campaign staff said. McCain said earlier this week he would not attend if a deal had not been reached on a $700 billion bailout plan for U.S. financial institutions. I guess McCain grew some balls after Obama said "..Presidents should be able to deal with a crisis and have a 90 minute meeting.. "
